Slavek Biernat is a graduate of three universities, two American and one Polish. In the U.S.A., he completed prestigious M.B.A. studies with a specialization in finance at New York University (NYU), Leonard N. Stern School of Business in New York, as well as a master’s degree at Western Connecticut State University with a specialization in accounting. In Poland, he earned a master’s degree in economics at the Central School of Planning and Statistics (now the Warsaw School of Economics) in Warsaw at the Department of Economics and Social Sciences.
He has lived in Connecticut, U.S.A. since 1986. He is fluent in Polish and English. Slavek Biernat has over 38 years of professional experience in the U.S.A. He has worked or advised in many international business markets, and what is important, across a wide spectrum of various industries. We offer concierge services for individuals, which entails performing specific services on a client’s behalf. Our role is to execute or organize the execution of services requested by the client in the U.S.A.
Before starting his own consulting business, Slavek Biernat gained extensive professional experience and a broad knowledge of many fields in numerous global companies such as PepsiCo, Inc., Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Crane Co., Inc., and others. He worked in global companies from the food, pharmaceutical, corporate investigations, chemical, aviation products, materials and industrial instruments, printing equipment, and medical products industries, as well as for companies in e-commerce, payment processing, accounting, and management consulting sectors. He carried out projects in the United States and the European Union for American, German, Japanese, Polish, and other companies. He has experience in areas of business consulting, business development, corporate investigations, assisting in the sale and purchase of companies, procurement, distribution, sales of goods and services, finance, and accounting.
He also collaborated with private equity firms, hedge funds, banks, financial advisors, and M&A firms (mergers and acquisitions) in the American, Japanese, and Polish markets. He has also represented American and Polish companies in search of strategic investors or new owners, as well as companies for purchase or investment in the U.S.A. and Poland on behalf of American, Japanese, and European clients. He advised large international companies as well as startup companies. Throughout his career, he advanced from an analyst to a manager, head of finance, and managing director. Currently, Slavek Biernat runs his own consulting firm SBMC, LLC, and carries out a wide range of business projects in various industries and areas, collaborating with companies and professionals with whom he worked during his long and distinguished career.
