Temporary Executive Leadership Services
We offer “temporary CEO” services for someone who wants to open a company in the U.S.A. and does not want to immediately hire a full-time company president and his subordinates. We can act as the temporary or permanent agent of our client in the U.S.A. and manage his Limited Liability Company (LLC) as “President” or a corporation as “Chief Executive Officer” (CEO) on behalf of him/her or his/her company. This type of service allows a company from Poland or another country to start operations in the U.S.A. without the risk of employing a large number of full-time employees at the beginning of starting business activities in the United States.
It allows the owners of the company entering the American market to test the business plan and see if the products or services offered by the company meet consumer or client acceptance. It also provides an opportunity for companies from Poland (or other countries) to operate in the American market, whose revenues are so small that it does not make sense to employ full-time employees. For such companies, it is then easier to enter and exit the American market, for example, if for some reasons the company’s revenues in the U.S.A. decline. In case of success in the U.S.A. market and an increase in revenues justifying the employment of full-time employees by the company, we also offer assistance in recruiting such employees.
Of course, the recruitment process then starts from finding the CEO/President of the company as well as board members such as the CFO (Chief Financial Officer), controller, legal counsel, HR director (human resources director), marketing director, business development director, salespeople, buyers, etc. We also offer help in finding suppliers, distributors, and partners in the USA, and in organizing the company, so it can start operations in the USA. This is just an example of a normal recruitment process in case of the need to employ a full staff for the company. If there is no need to employ full-time employees for all positions, because the company still does not have such needs, but there is already enough work on some positions and employing a full-time employee makes economic sense (for example, an accountant), then it is possible to operate in a hybrid system with some full-time employees and some work still done by external contractors or contracted companies offering such services (for example, accounting firms, law firms, marketing companies, etc.).
We are here in the U.S.A. to act in the interest of our clients, so that they achieve success as quickly and as large as possible. The options for activities will always be discussed with our clients and adjusted to market realities before the mutually agreed decisions are implemented. Our success is always strongly correlated with the success of our clients. Therefore, we will make every effort to advise our clients on the most cost-effective actions that will be most beneficial for the interests of our clients. We invite you to work with us and thank you for your trust.
