We offer our clients assistance in searching for and establishing cooperation with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers of various machines, equipment, production lines, technologies, materials, and production parts, as well as with companies offering a wide range of services.

We assist with initial discussions with suppliers, negotiating favorable purchase prices and contract terms, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and organizing cost-effective shipping to recipients in Poland or other countries.

We review contract proposals or already-negotiated contracts for the supply of products or services, specifically analyzing clauses that may be formulated in English to obscure unfavorable economic consequences for the client. For example, a contract providing the manufacturer with a 50% “factory ratio” instead of a 50% “margin” might represent two very different terms.

We help refine contracts to ensure that the terms are clear and leave no room for differing interpretations between the client and the supplier.

Depending on our client’s needs, we can directly represent them in discussions and commercial negotiations with American or Japanese suppliers or simply act as advisors in such discussions and negotiations.

If the client requires long-term contact and relationships with an American or Japanese supplier, we can serve as their purchasing department present in the U.S. or Japanese market, carrying out tasks assigned by the client in relation to the supplier.

We also assist in determining the business credibility of the supplier.
